Sold both xj's a while back....currently not "doing Jeep stuff", probably won't be for some time.
Figured I'd post this up here, in case anyone was in need.
Have a good, used Alabama Cyl Head/Promaxx 0331 "improved" casting head. It was installed on a WJ about 3 years, and around 25-30k ago.
Bottom end crapped itself, and a new long block was installed. Saved the head since it was just fine.
Will work for the earlier HO's too, it has a threaded hole for the temp sender in the back corner of the head.
I have the late model valve cover also, if needed/wanted.
$200, located in El Cajon.
