Fast Blinker

I have a fast blinker when I have my trailer hooked up.
Travel trailer is a 1970's era. 1157 bulbs.
Blinker is fine when brakes are on, but without them on they go really fast.
Plus both sides pulsate when blinker is on with running lights on.

How do I fix this problem?
I like to blend in with all the other vehicles on the road, so would like to have a normal light brightness all the time whether I got blinkers on, running lights on whatever.

So $12 Auto Value got the top of the line blinker module for fuse panel.
Works great.

Bought some LED 1157 bulbs, solves the pulsing problem, but the LED's are pointing up and are not bright, I will be returning them and buying a whole light LED system. ALong with that I am going to get rid of all my GROUND gremlins by rewiring everying. At the same time I am gutting the interior of the travel trailer, keeping the current foam as new foam is like $50/meter or 3'3", just going to see if theres any stains on it. My shower idea is going to be all Lino, with a hole in floor to street, and an option to hook up a drill pump to suck it from drain into a empty 25L water jug.
