I don't mean to just poke you on this one, but the HO requires a higher pressure on the fuel rail than the renix. Try disconnecting the regulator vacuum line and run it, this may be unimportant however, I'm not sure.

no such luck.. however my new yellow top is drawn down to nothing and alternator is putting out what it should.. makes me think wiring issue?

well i finally figured it out cam shaft gear is chewed up causing distributor to not mesh properly therefor ruining new distributor breaking coil contact in distributor cap and causing crazy misfires... that being said any input on after market cams for renix set up?
