Just started building my cut&fold diy rear bumper but came short with parts. Dirtbound shorted me the bumper mounts and now I'm stuck dead in the water on the build. Never thought I'd try to contact a company for a dispute over the forums but i'm not getting replies by email and no phone answer.

Looks like Chad has been talking with your via email this past week, according to him we are waiting on photos from you so we can get you the correct bracket.
I really hate having to get on here to get a response out of you all but I haven't gotten a reply for 2 weeks after numerous emails and voicemails. Pictures of the brackets have been sent long ago.
