I've got a 95 XJ Sport and just inherited from a friend his pull shade from his XJ Country. I bought the mounting hardware from the dealership and the plastic mounts are straightforward. My question is about the metal brackets they sold me. There are a pair of holes in each bracket that match up to the holes in the plastic mounts, but what is the significance in the size/bend of the brackets? Is the bracket supposed to slip into something behind the cargo area plastic? Does anyone have a diagram of this? (Should've asked the dealer!!)
