RE all the way I have the exact setup you are talking about with a skyjacker TC drop and 1.5" BB from teraflex with no problems.

I had a 89 with a RC lift on it. It was very stiff and didn't flex much. It was lifted only 3". I have an 01 now with RE 4.5 and TC drop. It has had no vibes, although I have hit my TC pretty hard a couple of times. It also corners very well and does not feel stiff at all. Plus it flexes like mad!
