Looks like the bolt is missing or broke off. The fluid gets thinner as it gets warmer, thats why it leaks then. It doesn't look like the leak is coming from the pan so a gasket isn't going to help. It looks like the fluid is coming from the bellhousing area. Maybe a front seal? I dunno much about where it could be coming from inside of there.

No, it doesn't. Thats what that bolt looks like from the backside.

Have that guy pull it, Change the seals and be done with it. Install a cooler for posterity, It'll help the tranny last longer.
