Its in very good to perfect shape. One pole has a bit of damage at the very top, but absolutely doesn't effect function, or look at all.

I haven't used it in a while, and simply want to get it to someone who will.

Mrs. SDoverland has requested that we consider keeping the awning, due to a trip we are planning, so I'm going pull this off the market for the time being.
