Bound up torque converter. Aw4 pump replacement

Jeep started knocking like crazy at idle when cold. Seem to go away when warm. Pulled the valve cover and everything looks good there. Cut the filter and there's a pretty good amount of metal in it. Dropping the pan tomorrow to see what's up. Around 30 km this stroker. 3rd rebuild.

That's a bummer, what were all the build specs on the motor?
