Rusty's kit will flex much better because of the way the upper control arms mount to the lower control arms. The BDS system is more like a Rubicon long arm kit, but both seem to be very reputable companies. I say you can't go wrong with either choice, even though I have not seen an XJ with the BDS kit myself.
