Does anybody know the exact measurments of the stock roof rack rails? Distance between and width of rail and length? I'm asking because the roof of mine is under about a foot of snow and it's -10 so I can't go clear it and measure. Thanks.

Exact? No. Pretty dang close? About 44" - I have 48" Thule crossbars and they stick out about 2" on each side. Jeep is parked 5 miles away so that's all guesstimation.

The rails are 1.5 inches wide at 48 inches outside-outside x 72 inches long, not including the end pieces.

This is on a '90 2 door
