Got a new CTS and installed it and the fan appears to be cycling correctly with the temperature gauge. It comes on at about 220 (best you can tell on the gauge) and goes off just under 210 on the gauge. Hopefully this will address my heating issue.
I am left with an AC problem, though, which ultimately led me to discover that the fan wasn't working. The AC comes on cold and then looses its cool after about 15 - 20 min. But that's another post....
I had hoped that the two issues were completely linked. Oh well, gotta keep digging.
