Anybody have to slice up a door to get it open?

The problem came back. I got it apart tonight and figured out what the problem is. The lock will work before you bolt them in. Apparently when you screw it in, it warps just a touch. It is a clearance problem due to a rubber stop in the lock wearing down. You can take a screw driver and reset the stop just a few thousandths and all is well.
