local welding supply shop might crimp some up for you

This ^^, but also, depending on what parts stores you have available, for a small fee they will primp connectors on the ends of the wire you buy, and even maybe some heat shrink tubing on it. We do this at the local Carquest Auto Parts I work at.
But yes, most any parts store should have off the shelft replacement cables, whether it be vehicle specific, universal in the correct lengths, or DIY.
