97 xj coil spring swap

i've been struggling with the naxja search and google search for about an hour now. i know i've seen a thread on here that listed the specific years of ford coil springs that i can swap into the front of my 97 xj to give it some lift but i cant find the thread. can someone point me in the right direction. i'm just looking for a couple of inches here and a heavier spring to compensate for the winch. nothing extreme.
