'97 TJ 231 t-case into my 91 XJ ???

to replace my 242....

The TJ case has 23 spline input, so I know that should work. It has an SYE, so I'll replace my driveshaft and yoke.

Does anybody know if the TJ 231 case's linkage, plug and speedo will be compatable with my 1991 XJ?

Is there anything else that I'm overlooking?

Most critical would be spline count/length.

though - aparently the Planatary gear cut changed around 95, but i havent had any issues as of yet...
