94 Grand Cherokee Security troubles???

I just took my 94 grand apart to fix an exhaust leak. I hooked everything back up to include the battery. Now it flashes security and will not stay running. It starts and then dies right away. How do I bypass and or re-set this so I can drive???? Please help, I tried touching the cables together and also turning the key on/off multiple times.

cycle the key in a door lock cylinder, in either door ir the liftgate

X2 on turning the key in the rear liftgate. My neighbors alarm was going off for a while till I showed her that.
