How does the XJ rate as far as reliability for an extra car, around town daily driver?

I have a 2000 V-10 ford excursion, Limited if that interests you???
 
The jeep is in perfect running order, I just replaced the cps, o2, dist, plugs and wires, gets 15.5 mpg solid.I daily drove it for three years. Already bought a truck so a trade is no longer needed.
