BTW: In an '89, can you key on, key off 3 times and have it blink codes? Or is this a "dumb" system?

The Renix is real time, and does not store any codes.
What I want to know, and haven't got an answer to yet, IS THERE 12V AT THE FUEL PUMP WHEN CRANKING THE ENGINE!!!!!!!
Not yelling, I would just like a yes, or no, answer.
