Teraflex makes some with a dual pattern, but they are somewhat expensive, and now that I think about it, they are meant for a D44 disk brake swap, so I don't think they would work for your 8.8
I just drilled mine out. (These are GC disks drilled to 5x5.5 on my D44 with explorer 8.8 brakes)
The Tera rotors are only like $82 each... They are brand new quality rotors that are basically just 2003-06 TJ rotors with the bigger bolt pattern... They will work on the 8.8...
Currie sells 8.8 rotors drilled to any bolt pattern or blanks that you can drill. I think they are bout $60 a piece. I just re-drilled some stock explorer rotors to 5x5.5 for my 9 inch.
