31's on 15x7 soft 8's 4"or 4.25" backspacing

I recently picked up a 95 xj and want to lift it 3".I have been searching for a couple days,and see that people rub on their lca's or fender flares with 31's. I would like to know which 15x7 soft 8's to get to have no rubbing on either side 4" or 4.25" backspacing? I want to keep my stock fender flares. Thanks and Merry Christmas to all!

4.75-4.25 are the more commonly used backspacing. I prefer my 31's on 8 inch wide rims. 31's on 3 inch lift may rub slightly, a combination of: longer control arms, adjusting the steering stops, some light trimming, or slightly relocating the fender flares will solve that.
