Hack-n-tap. never had noise before. i did take the front driveshaft of because the front still has the axle w/ the 3:55 in it.

Well at least you know its not the front drive shaft. LOL
You can switch and just run the front drive shaft to eliminate it being rear DS vibes.

That won't tell him for sure because he is also eliminating the rear gears as well. Yes, they're still spinning, but they're not under a load like with the DS connected.

Remember that the rear driveshaft is spinning alot faster now.If you had even the slightest vibe before it will be much worse now.

does rotating the DS 180 really help in some cases or is this just a myth

Its not necessarily a myth,because it can help sometimes.I just think the odds are low!

Took it back to the shop that installed and they said it is not normal. i will post the outcome. most threads never get closer
