1997 4x4 swap

Okay trying to find a answer if anyone can help or tell me a tread to go too . I have a 99 jeep Cherokee 2wheeldrive and swap it to 4x4 the original transmission plug is a 7 connection and the transmission I got is 5 connection plug . What do I do with the two left over ? The transmission want shift automatically
