it starts and runs, needs the carb rebuilt and also needs a battery and battery cables. it runs moves stops and turns. plastics in nice shape, seat ripped but usable. motor runs great when the carb isnt being finiky, 200cc 4 stroke 5spd trans w/reverse, semi suto(no clutch) i should have the rebuild kit for the carb someday this week. its too damn cold to work outside and this thing is in my way. $500 or trade for a set of 35x12.50-15 tires. cash talks
