We are working on a 96XJ. We replaced the master cylinder thinking this was the problem. We get pressure on the brake pedal when pumping the pedal when bleeding the system, and we have run the fluid all the way through the system. multiple times! If I leave the brake pedal alone for 5 seconds...

XJ '95 4.0L Having issues starting the Jeep, The starter is engaging the fly wheel, but is unable to turn it. We have tried a new starter and put a new battery in the Jeep to no avail. We even tried jumping it with my friends F150. Any suggestions of what to look at next?
