96 XJ, 4.0, AW4, 214K on the clock. SOOOOO my flex plate is cracked. Question #1: Should I be proactive and change the torque converter while I have the tranny dropped? #2: Is stock the way to go with parts or is there a higher performance option for either? TIA

I understand that amps matter more than volts and I understand the difference between the two. That being said, will running a higher amp alternator keep my voltmeter closer to 12 volts when running all of my accessories OR does the voltage regulator inside the pcm just makes sure it stays...

Thanks for the feedback. Good to know the ECU doesn't make a difference in reference to the EIS should I make a go at it. I doubt the flash does anything that a tuner doesn't do better. It just made sense to check since I needed the part anyway.
