I just happened to stop in to see what is new with naxja. It looks like my passwords still work for the site, so if they are needed, someone from the NAC bod can e-mail me and let me know who to forward them to. [email protected].
Yea, we are fairly off the original topic, but some things should be set straight.
I initially decided to add in this disscussion because snowmobile engines are VERY similar to jetski engines. They use similar design and technology, and some of them even interchange. They are a MUCH closer...
The reeds are located between the crankcase and the intake manifold. It is important that they close tight. If your current ones are not worn out, (which they probably aren't) changing them won't make any difference.

Eagle, I have a lot of respect for you, but I think your way off in thinking that NASCAR is comparable to wrestling. Yea, the drivers may help each other when needed, but thats all. NASCAR is far from dead.
I agree with you about Jr though. He's a little in the past. FCC would have to jump...
Why do you visit these forums? I assume that if your not here for tech help, you enjoy helping others, and perhaps enjoy reading the non-tech forums. NAXJA is providing this place where you enjoy spending your time. Isn't that service worth somthing?
The best name for that would probably be a MIDI Sampler, although it has other additional features. I see them in use on a regular basis, but I'm not famialer with them myself. Tommrow at work I'll try to remember to check the Pro sound and Live Audio Blue Book to check on the value.
Yes it is "on the way out" but it needs to flow in a continous loop. If one end of the loop is choked by a smaller wire, the whole circut will be choked. Not only that, but the smaller wire can heat up because of too much amperage flowing through it. Burning wire + burning carpet = toasted...
