Leafs are the 4" ones, purchased from Big @1yr ago. As seen here http://www.bigoffroad.com/products-page/bigoffroad/flexe-leaf-packs/ Bad news is, they sagged and Alcan only offer a 30 day warranty, which is total shit IMHO. They are sitting, and look to be settled at, @2.5-3" of lift right now...

NP231 from a 1997 4.0/AW4 XJ. Rig had @150k miles, and the transfer case works fine. Output shaft is the sealed type, not the cone (keeps the fluid if rear drive shaft is removed). All out and ready to ship. $125 plus shipping. Shipping to Southern Cal is @$80 as an example. Martin

Got a 1997 4.0/AW4/231 Parting out. Front clip gone, hatch gone. Tranny may have issues, sometimes it needs to be revved high to make it go forward, other times it is fine. Good motor and 231 though. 150k miles. cruise, p/l, p/w. Grey interior. Can reply here or to [email protected] Martin

Been a little busy lately! here are a few pics of the trac bar bracket brace, Hydro assist junk and the new rear bumper. The bumper slides into the "frame" @12" for strength etc. martin

hey guys n gals. i have a 98 xj 4.0/aw4 on 37's with jk rubi axles. the braking in low range is lacking IMO. i am getting ready to install a 4:1 klune in front of the 231, so it isnt gonna get any better! any "quick" fixes to make the braking better? i already have the dual booster etc. didnt...

I have the old set of 6.5" lift leaf springs off the xj ( i went with alcans). I dont know the make, as they were on there when i bought the jeep. the front coils are rusty's, so i GUESS the rears are the same make, but i make no promises. they will need new bushings, stock shackles still...

Anyone here using alcan springs? when i got the xj, it had 6.5" srpings in the rear. i installed a shackle relocation box, and along with extended shackles i think i can now get some 4" springs. if not alcan, what would be a GOOD riding leaf spring? cost isnt so much of an issue, but quality...
