    242 chain questions , yes i searched

    Or does anyone know part numbers for chains for the 242's? I work at a partsource and could look into it, but so far all i have is prices from the dealer ( $300 for chain only ) thanks

    I'm rebuilding the tcase soon and had a few questions first. Will a thicker (1"?) chain work in a 242 without major modification? And is the chain from the 242 different from the tcase's? thanks guys

    oh, and the clunk starts the minute i put it in 4wd period, high or lo. and i know for a fact its not ujoints..i also know the hub on the dirvers sides a bit warn, but still works
