Was unable to register to this Run due to work Issues , also my Cherokee is down . Planning to be Saturday for the day . Can I tag along to the Hard trails with you guys ?

Its all in the Cluster. Check Ignition Switch Output Fuse # 9 at Junction Block . If Voltage above 10 V , Check Cavity # 8 at Cluster for Battery Voltage , If OK'D , you probably need to replace Cluster . Before you replace Cluster Inspect wiring connector and put a little of Dialectric Grease...
You should have power at your Fan Relay at P.D.C on wires DB/WT & LG/RD coming from fuses # 15 & 18 ( P.D.C ) also...P.C.M provides ground to the relay at temperatures above normal ( 180 Degrees ) through wire DB/PK....
Bypass P.C.M ground circuit at relay in P.D.C and see if the fan turns...
Assuming you have a 97 XJ & a 6 way connector at the Multi-function Switch , check Switch Output for LOW on wire BR/WT , If OK check same color wire at Motor . If OK , check motor for good ground , if OK , Replace motor......
You should read ( .03 Miliamps ) ....By experience , I will start disconnecting units that will draw current like an Amplifier unit , especially if it is Aftermarket, check interior lights like Glove Box light , console light if equipped ...
