21 spline, dont know mileage, fluid was clean when drained. $60 or trade for a 23 spline tcase.

Recently my jeep will shift at 3k rpms. It will not allow it to shift at any higher rpm. It will also not down shift when I give it any gas. What could be casuing this?

I have no oil pressure at start up. Almost everytime I start it it sounds like i just did a oil change and takes a few seconds before the oil pressure kicks in. Any ideas what might be causing this? The oil pressure when cold is 40 and 15 when warm.

How rare are they? I think Ive only seen 2 before.

Im going to replace my rear main seal and the rod bearings. My oil pressure when hot is around 15. When it gets hot you can here the rod knock. Should I also replace the main bearings?

Im replacing the head gasket on my XJ and the manual says put sealant on the head gasket. I have replaced a few head gaskets and never had to. Do I have to put sealant on the gasket or do it dry?

My xj blew a head gasket after 220000 miles. It over heated and now it runs bad. I pulled the plugs and number 6 was soaked with coolant. After it warms up it smoothes out and runs like normal. Should I replace the head gasket or replace the whole motor for a lower milage one? 88 4.0

I want about 2in lift for my MJ. I read that chevy shackles will do about 2in is that right? What year and models bo I need?

When its slighty wet and the motor hits 3k the wheels loose all traction. Does anyone else have that problem? How can I stop it?
