    Neutral Safety Switch

From my readings the NSS controls shift points, reverse lights and the ability to start an XJ. I would try cleaning it or putting one in.

    NAC 'Spotted' Thread

I think I've got one wave in almost 3 years of driving the XJ...most XJ's I see are old people driving them with swiss cheese bodies.

    WTB - An XJ!!

Why do you want airbags and OBD? Just curious... It's tough to find a good XJ for $1K, as you have found out, but even tougher to find them 96+

    I might run 33"x 12.5"s ?

Looks nice with the 33's. That's the pisser about running 33's, time to regear if you have any love for your transmission or engine.

    Woody body/ parts

All 4 doors as far as I know are good. There is surface rust that was treated, you're welcome to check it out and decide what you do and do not want. I'll PM my address and cell number.

    Woody body/ parts

No skids, grill got broken unfortunately. The front doors are $40 if you come pull em off before Monday. You're cutting these into 1/2's correct? These do have the wood trim on the outside still just so ya know.

    Woody body/ parts

So a few months ago my 91 Woody was smashed into and totalled because the ins. company was lazy and didn't want to do any work to something worth $1500 in their eyes. What I have is the body, leather seats (drivers seat is fair but the bracket broke, back seat is in great condition, passenger...

    XJ or YJ

I have rear HVAC in my XJ...good luck finding that in a YJ. YJ has almost zero back seat...the XJ seat isn't expansive, but two adults can fit reasonably well. I drove my TJ across country and hated it by the time I was done, imagine that in a YJ...no thanks. My XJ drives about 600 miles a...

Need some opinions on this (lots of pics)

There are no rockers to speak of on that XJ, I wouldn't touch it. The underbody is almost certainly rusted out on the drivers side floorboard, the gas tank will leak soon if it isn't new. There is probably a lot of rust/rot around the leaf springs and shock mounts both on the axle and body...

    Moving to NH

congrats on the house, Weare is a nice town with a lot of wheeling on legal C6 roads as many have said. I'm in Manchester/Pinardville so I'd be up for a meet and greet.

    Modified ARB XJ front bumper

My unmodified ARB weighs in at around 75- 85 lbs- guessing. I did the install solo, so it's not unmanageable and my springs don't appear to be sagging under the weight.

    Modified ARB XJ front bumper

If we're going to get technical, and since asking questions in a "For Sale" thread is not appropriate in your eyes, I'm just wondering how you bypassed this little line from the Forum Rules. Rudeness toward another Forum participant will not be tolerated. Any participant who is intentionally...

XJ Classic Rims FS NJ B/O

My 16" ford rims are too tight on the hubs of the XJ, I'm in need of 16" rims...I need to know what you're looking to get and if you'll ship just the rims. If you haven't bought your 15" rims, I have my set of stock aluminum 5 spokes maybe we could work something out that way too.

    WTB: 31/32 x 15 tires

33's will blow with 3.55's. I have 32's on 3.55's and it's okay, but another inch...no thanks. If you do decide to go 33's, get bumpstops positioned...unless that huge 3.5 kit is bigger than a 4.5 kit. ;)

im from nh just out side manchester looking to get a few people

That is the wrong attitude, the club restricts the names of the trails to the general forum to keep "everyone and the sixth cousin" from coming on the site, touting the exploring nh name and tearing up private property. They have some private land access, do trail cleanups, and do a lot of...
