so my jeep has been setting for a while and i got it running and was driving it around and went to start it again and nothing. checked my starter connections and the main power was loose so i tightened it up and still nothing. didnt have another person there to check my starter wire but it seems...

i have a 90 xj and i am going to start a bumper and i would like to know what all needs to be removed or altered. i know i'll need to trim the stock fender flares. any advice would be apreciated. mainly things that need to be relocated or thrown out.
i put the ac to max or any vent setting and when i have my foot on the gas it goes to defrost but when i let off it goes to vent and then to defrost when i push the gas. WTF!!? i dont know what is up with it. i have a 90 xj with it converted to 134A. it really sucks and it kind of scares me cuz...

i was talking to my old welding teacher and he said on gussets that it is better to not weld all around it. he said that its best to weld the ends and middle making a triangle. he said that if its fully welded it will warp the plate and make it pretty much useless. to me this makes pretty good...
this summer i put a new modine radiator in and now it wont get hot. it runs about 150, and i put a new thermastat in with the radiator witch was a 195 or so. my jeep is a 90 xj and if it doesnt get hot enough it wont go to open loop. 180 i think is the norm for open loop. im not really griping...
