Just make sure your tires are rated for that load, and watch your air pressures. I wouldn't worry about the axles.

You built a cage. My money says you can figure out how to mount some tubing and the sprayer nozzles somewhere other than the stock location. :)

My '05 Chevy truck has the sprayers mounted on the wiper arm itself.

That's a tough one. I'd suspect cap or rotor issue except for the ASD cycling. I found this; maybe it will help: http://www.fixkick.com/Jeeps/ASD.html

Tap on the bottom of the mc to help free the bubbles. Pump and release the pedal very slowly. And make sure the rubber hoses and connectors are air tight. That's a common place for air to enter.
