    Iron Rock Offroad Coil Springs

Think they are Rough Country but don't quote me on that. I have the 6.5 coils and a inch spacer on my ride. So far so good...

Trackbar Drop Bracket vs. Bump Steer

Just so everyone is clear, the tie rod is not bent. That's the way it is made, with a slight angle on each end to clear the sway bar mounts. I have the same steering setup made by Iron Rock Off Road, and I too have had a few issues getting rid of all of my bump steer. Only difference is I have...

    MTR's or KM2's

I think after you wheel them you'll thank yourself, and me... :eyes: Also I found after running them at 15lbs (without beadlocks) they worked really well, then a friend said to try 10lbs and they were a lot better in the sticky, muddy stuff. For rocks I still keep them at 15. Have fun!

    MTR's or KM2's

I got mine from discounttiredirect.com Best price I found on the net. Think it was $198 a tire... But that was for 33's.

    MTR's or KM2's

I had the same thought's also before buying my tires. I went with 33x12.5-15 Kevlar MT/R's. They do a LOT better in mud than people say or in the reviews I've read. These tires perform, period. Dry, wet, cold, hot. Road noise is not there, gonna run these all year long up here in MN. Bring...

    Iron Rock Long Arm Upgrade

I think the IRO stuff is one of the best on the market. I am guessing no one will be let down by their products and customer service. I never have, I am running the full long arm kit, Track bar, OTK steering, sliders, all 100% Angus beef. Over kill probably for what I do, but great stuff.

    suspension upgrades

All I have to say is the Bilstiens are great... Took mine for a ride the other day after getting it all wrapped up from my install and they rode like a cadillac.

    Time to Turn, Suggestions???

#3 do it and don't look back. I just installed it and absolutely love it. Best steering I've had to date. Plus no more TRE's!!! Seriously, it's worth the extra coin. When you get it you'll understand why.

OME or RE suspension kit? Need some advice building a new to my XJ!

Screw all this RE/OME BS, get the Iron Rock Offroad long arm kit. Best ride, beefy products, and guaranteed for life! Kidding, if I was you I would get a kit from DPG. They seem to be the best at piecing together a good bastard lift kit.

My XJ from Hacked to Jacked....

Actually I did the OTK steering to get rid of the sway bar bracket problem. I originally bought the HD tie rod and used the factory drag link, but then I ran into the sway bar bracket ordeal. So I returned the HD tie rod (Thanks IRO!) and got the OTK steering instead. No dead spots...

    4.7L Jeep Stroker

Just food for thought, an LSx weigh's less than a AMC 4.0 or hemi or SBC. I had a LS2 in my 06 GTO, would love to have that motor in my XJ. Easy to work on, tons of parts available for almost every application. Not to mention SUPER reliable. Hard to beat.

Sway bar hitting springs- What is your way around this?

This was my first thought, but it's my DD so I want some stability. I also drive more on the freeway out here which is 70 mph. Couldn't imagine no sway at 70 if I needed to swerve real fast.

Sway bar hitting springs- What is your way around this?

Cool. Didn't realize they were meant to be at 15* angle. That makes alot of sense. Thanks all for the replies. :dunce:
