I had the same problem.i pulled back the carpet in the cargo area and had to cut hole above the shock mount to get to the top of them.add a little heat and they came out just fine.tack the patch back put some sealent on it and your done.
thanks for the response, should have given you some more info.I get fluid out of both sides in the back but the pedal doesn't move.when i open up the bleeder on the front the pedal falls to the floor, doesn't make any sense.
I just did a 8.8 swap with disk brakes.Tried to bleed the brakes and when i open up the bleeder valve the pedal doesn't fall to the floor like all the other brakes ive ever bleed.I also cant get any pedal ive been told i might need a different master cylinder.any info on this?
Im in the middle of doing a 8.8 swap and ill be putting it in this weekend,my question is my 8.8 has been regeared to a 4.56 and the front is still a 3.55, is it safe to drive as long as its not in 4wd untill i regear the front?
The First Time I Drove It It Sounded Like The Front End Was About To Fall Out So I Only Drove It About A Hundred Yards. I Brougth It Back Tightend Every Bolt On The Control Arms Now Its Not As Bad But Still To Bad To Be Normal.i Hope
I've done a search and have read that all heims make noise but this is so bad i can feal it in the floor board, even going down my gravel drive theres a constant clunk in the front It's a 6.5" RK kit just installed it today and i just can't believe this is norman, please tell me this isnt normal.
I ordered a 6.5" long arm jan 27th still dont have it,its seems to be a really good kit but the back order sux.I got mine from www.creaseyoffroad.com for 1444.00 w/shocks
Thanks for the info guys, that gives me a few ideas. If you can get those pics together i would like to see them if you cant thanks for the good description.
