Your best bet with a CB is to ALWAYS wire it straight to the battery. The orange wire can most likely be left out. When you wire it to the ignition you can get a lot of interferance noise, such as alternator whine, windshield wiper buzz...etc...GROUND FAWKIN EVERYTHING!!!! Even your mounting...

I have two complete sets of stock dana 30 shafts. One set is out of a 87 MJ with 2.5 and the other set is out of an 87 xj straight 6....U-joints will be removed for easier shipping... Both are disconnect axles..$75 bucks for each complete set or OBO

Are you wanting the shift plate for the 4WD??? I have that and can include it! You will have to pay for shipping... Yes it was behind a AW4, I believe it was a '91 model but not positive on that.... Not sure how much the shipping is going to be yet...I will get back to you ASAP thanks

Im still leaning towards the 4.3. I don't dont feel i need gobs of power, going to make up for that with gearing, its more compact and lighter than either the 4.0 or sbc. Plus i can afford fuel injection for it. Rig is going to be used for trails and rocks 90% of the time....thanks for the info...
I currently have a worn 2.5l in it. I like the power of the 4.0 but not alot else about it, and length is a concern for me... The 4.3 is not set in stone, still thinking about mild small block with fuel injection.....How many small block xjs are there around here?? Got pics?
