Hey all,
Quick question I never got around to asking, but I have a 97 XJ with 6" of lift, 4.56 gears (d30/8.25) locked and right now I am running 33" TrXus MT radials and I would like to put something else on since I do a ton of highway driving and would like some better gas mileage and save...
Thanks for the info, now I just need to find out which years carried the d30/8.25. I am guessing 97 and up since my 97 has it, but what other years?

So if I'm reading this correctly, let's say my tires are uneven because of bad alignment, etc that the weights on there overcompensated for. So now taking off the weights, I am dealing with the true tire. How long before the tire goes back to normal shape?

Okay, well since I don't feel like paying the guys to keep putting nitrogen in my tires, I guess I will have to fill them with air until I find the correct weight.

What is lateral imbalance? I get the idea, but how does the tire get that? Should I keep the pellets and put on wheel weights or should I check all my steering, alignment, CA's, trackbar, etc first?
