i like obd2 because i dont know a whole lot - if i know whats wrong i can fix it but thats about it. and i live in nh so we dont have real emissions, 96 and up they plug into the obd2 port to check "emissions"...
Im looking to get another jeep xj. Ive had 2 96s and a 90. What are some of the major differences from year to year and are there any years that are the most desirable. If it matters I want an auto tranny. It will be a double duty rig but im looking to buy something stock that hasnt been beat on...

i have a 3 in lift now - pro comp with rear aal - the aal didnt do much at all so i put in a 3 in block just so it looked right. that was years ago but i have a set of 35s for free if i can fit them. my fenders are already cut so i think 6 in will do. im planing on using the acos on the front...
I searched and found lots of threads about s10 springs. They all say about 4.5 in of lift. Im looking for about 6 in. Is this possible or should i get lift springs. Im pretty poor so if i can build them id rather do it that way. Thanks.
on mine there was a "t" behind/under the battery tray that broke and sucked dirt i followed the line to the other side near the intake where i found the clog
i didnt want to spend the money on the o2 sim
i think its just a resistor or something so the computer sees the correct voltage. vhat voltage is it looking for. i could make that for about $1.
