before a lift, your transfer case, driveshaft, and rear axle are all generally at a fairly close height and therefore the driveshaft is not at an extreme angle. after a lift, the transfer case is much higher than the axle, so the driveshaft is at a more extreme angle. to help correct this...

You answered your own question - _ you replaced the line from the master to slave cylinder _ . If you did not bend the line to exactly match the original, you most likely left high points in the line at which air is getting trapped. This happened to me when I changed mine. I redid mine then...
The container with the wire on top is your brake master cylinder. It is also filled with brake fluid. The clutch is filled with brake fluid as well. The clutch master cylinder is round, with a rubber cap, and should be to the right of that unit.
I don't know how much a fuse panel would cost but...
Your clutch reservoir, when you open the hood, is in the far right corner, it should be right below the sticker that talks about emissions. In other words, it is directly above where the clutch pedal is. It has a small, 2 inch wide circular rubber cap.

definitely go OEM. it costs more, which means you probably won't, but it will save you a shitload of time, what with actually GETTING the right part, rather than just wanting it and keep receiving the wrong one from a parts store moron. i tried to go cheap and buy an aftermarket clutch, ended up...
