4.5in XJ lift questions

i have my 88 XJ lifted 3in using blocks and spacers, for the back will my springs hold up to another 1.5in using shackels and ill buy lift coils for the front or does anyone have a cheap but strong way to lift it up another 1.5in

im surprised the 3" lift blocks didnt already kill them. lift blocks and lift shackles on stock springs is asking for problems.
