Will 32x12.5x15 fit on the stock alloy wheels without rubbing, with a RE 5.5" short arm lift.

I've never heard of a 32x12.5. Either 32x11.5 or 33x12.5. Either way you really shouldn't be mounting any wider than a 10.5" tire on the stock rims. Not just because of rubbing, but for safety reasons. Most tire shops will not even mount a 10.5" tire on a 7" wide wheel. Go with some 15x8's or 15x10's with 3.5-4" backspacing and you'll be all set.

Not sure but you may need wheel spacers to set the wheels out farther. I would just get some Steel wheels. I picked up my Cragar Soft 8's for 170-ish from Summit with center caps and shipping

I had some 32x11.5s on stock wheels and 5.5" lift and it was fine.

Just curious, why not just go with 33" especially with 5.5" of lift?
