Please help

the problem recently started top get alot worse , when i make turns especially really big and slow turns , i hear all types of clicks and clanks coming from my front end somewere ? HELP?! U-joints? wheel bearings ? tie-rod? OPINION?! PLEASE ?!

You are going to have to get in there and get dirty!! That is all there is to it! Put your junk on stands and start checking everything, pulling your front end apart if necessary! This is the way of the Jeep!!

okay , im not mechanically inclined as some of you folks are , , actually not really at all , so i need some type of idea of wat it could be ?

u joints, tie rods, steering link, coils loose in the buckets, steeing stabilizer loose, track bar mount loose, ect. Like he said, that is about as much as it can be narrowed down when the only info you give is that you hear clicks and clanks while turning. Take it to an alignment shop if you do not know.
