Starting problems

92 Limited stock.
Use to start fine - sooner than my 90. Now it cranks and cranks unles I stop and start cranking again then it starts right up. I tried letting the fuel pump build pressure before cranking but that does not work. This is only tru when "cold". If I get gas, it isn't a problem. If I am gone for more than about 15-20 min. its back. I do have 208K on the clock.

CPS?
Bad Injector?
Bad Fuel Pressure Reg?
Suggestions?

NO RESPONSE! Too boring or too challenging?

I am now thinking that the engine does not stop in the same position and the CPS can't figure out where to start counting! The second attempt resets every thing and boom its good to go!
