Ok, i've asked recently about the overheating problems that I've had in my '84 (2.5). It is still overheating after the block flush. I wanted to make sure I had the correct water pump and need some more help. The motor was from an '84 cj-7 (2.5) and was v-pulley in lieu of the serpentine. I put the serpentine system back on and replaced the water pump with a cj-7 water pump. Is it now turning the wrong direction and pulling water out of the block? Can anyone suggest a PN for a pump that might help?
