RE Hack N Tap

Anyone out there running a NP242 with 4" of lift and a Rubicon Express Hack N Tap? Any problems with vibration?

4.5" with the hack n tap... all good.

5.5" with no H&T.... not so good...

I ran 4" of lift with the RE HnT and did not have any vibes when I used a 4* shim in the rear. Now I am at 6" of lift with the RE HnT and 4* shim and still don't have any vibes.

It is all about lining up the pinion output and the driveshaft. Correct angles will eliminate vibes.

There are CJ's and TJ's with shorter driveshafts than XJ's and steeper angles and they don't have vibes. It's all about the pinion angle.
