5"lift whats shims

i have a total of 5" of lift on the rear of my cherokee 1.5" teraflex shackles and 3.5" springs. i have a slight driveshaft growl around 40-50mph when decelerating, and i was wonderig if any one has had a similer problem, im wanting to know what degree shims were used. aw4, 231 transfer case, 1" t case drop, no sye. thanx for any help and ive searched several times.

I have a 99 sittin on a 5" lift with no t-case drop an i get it when i completely left of the accelerator at 35 and above.
