pre 97 fenders on a 98

would fenders from a pre 97 cherokee fit on my 98 sport i know it sounds dumb but do they fit they are easier to find and cheaper

They will fit, but the body lines will not match up.

Hey lowrange, how's the quality and fitment on those fenders? Do they leave a big gap in between the door and fender?

No, they fit fine. I now have these fenders on both sides... Just got the new fender in and took a saw to it not 2 hours after opening the package
