best way? what wire is the taillight wire in the harness? I've checked all my fuses, changed the headlight switch... this is my last resort. Ideas??

Ground is bad. Recheck with a multimeter.

its no bulbs, my dash lights went out with em.Slo-Sho said:

Check for power at the parking light relay, on my 90 it's in the drivers side kick panel. It may have bit the dust.
