Ok some know I got 5.2 swap in my jeep. But been buying some stuff for the axles lately so this what I got coming.

Going to swap out the 3.55 gears for 4.10. Keeping my new 33 12.50 15 bfgs A/T for now. Front hp 30 will get ez locker. The rear going to be a dana 44 out of scout with wheel adaptors, spool, and 11 drums setup. I have the stock 242 that came with the 4.0 when I bought it only thing done was the input shaft was swap out for it bolt to the v8 tranny.

So what will break first?

Thought about getting a new transfer case from a newer cherokee but will it still bolt in the same if it a 96 and newer?

front u-joints will grenade unless you have 297 shafts.

I don't think your risk for breakage is that much higher really. Its not like you have an extra 200hp. You have more HP but its not enough to just destroy stuff.
